Yes I did on the 8th and applied for my passport yesterday.

My frustrating timeline:

• September 22, 2022: Online application filed
• October 11, 2022: AOR
• January 9, 2023: Background verification changed to "completed"
• January 16, 2023: Citizenship test changed to "in progress"
• January 23, 2023: Scheduled for citizenship test
• January 31, 2023: Citizenship test changed to "completed"

Nothing since then, just a ghost update on March 2.

Citizenship invite came from "West Citizenship EApp"

What was your visa office? If by any chance it was Niagara, did you get the e-certificate?

Quick update if you are waiting on certificate for long time try to to send oath signed form from different email and check in one hour thats what happened with me when i sent from another email i got in one hour

You were able to download the certificate with the original address only, right? Or create account with the different email?

Thanks Harpreet, I did same. Both webform and separate email and it worked. Yes I got my certificate as well now. God is Great

After sending separate email, how much time you had to wait for the certificate to be available for download?

I checked after an hour or so but I believe they start processing it right away.
