I feel you are being too optimistic to think after completing test you will get Oath within a month. LPP needs to complete first after Test and then Oath moves to In Progress and then mostly after 21 days your Oath is scheduled.Guys, my test window is Feb 3rd to Feb 23rd, my concern is, we will be traveling outside Canada for most of March. With the current trend, I am seeing people on an average are getting their oath ceremony invite in about a month. I am concerned what if we receive the oath ceremony while we are still outside Canada.
@azamat277 - Did you receive your oath ceremony invite yet?
Are you using UCI without `-` ? If Yes, you can raise a webform for Technical Issue with all screenshot and details attached. If you get a generic response raise it again.Hello All,
I submitted my citizenship application on Jan 19 2023, received AOR and email to check the progress of the application. But it is not allowing me to create application tracker account. I am using the UCI, application number which i got in AOR.
Please advise, if anyone experienced this or have any suggestion to create the application tracker account.
Thank you,
Thank you for your reply, would you advise us to delay the test date all the way till Feb 23rd so that we can buy some time before we get the oath invite?there are options given in the instruction letter we received for the oath ceremony - for those who can't attend. reasons have to be convincing. based on the circumstances, IRCC gives a revised date.
I’m not expecting IRCC Kitchener to be super fast, I’m just worried what if they are really fast or I get lucky and get the invite & path date while I’m away.I feel you are being too optimistic to think after completing test you will get Oath within a month. Two example from Google sheet of a Waterloo applicant getting oath is 4 and 7 months after Test completion.
Study well and give your test a bit late. Even after that a miracle happens reschedule your return travel to match the oath date or else ask for reschedule of oath date. Instruction will be in the email.I’m not expecting IRCC Kitchener to be super fast, I’m just worried what if they are really fast or I get lucky and get the invite & path date while I’m away.
this looks like decision made cos only then do things like language, physical presence etc get updated. Finally, updated Test completed in Tracker today.
Test taken: Jan 20.
Test passed: Jan 20 (Tracker updated Feb 2nd)
Language, prohibition, physical presence completed on Jan 31 (Tracker updated Feb 2nd)
@2017CanadaHo! are you able to log in into your tracker? Mine is showing loading again!this looks like decision made cos only then do things like language, physical presence etc get updated.
did you check ECAS for the new status?
in your online tracker where it shows new updates, did you click to view old history and see if anything new related to oath is appearing there?
keep an eye on it daily. in my case oath invite (for an incorrect date, in my updates history) on the tracker was updated first, and email came days later and then a day after that the tracker too was updated with "waiting on you" status for oath ceremony
makes sense but i wouldn't recommend pushing your test all the way to the end of your test window. must keep a buffer for anything to go wrong - their website, your internet, your laptop, life, anything. thereafter yeah you can add up the Kitchener wait time from test to tracker updation, and tracker updation to decision made, and then oath invite. oath invite i'm seeing is giving the oath ceremony date much sooner (days/weeks) than what was happening earlier (several weeks/months).Thank you for your reply, would you advise us to delay the test date all the way till Feb 23rd so that we can buy some time before we get the oath invite?
I was checking the few sample data we have for Kitchener applicants, looks like IRCC Kitchener is not as fast as Mississauga office.
till yesterday it was working, after that i closed that tab (which had been open all these months!!!!) cos nothing futher to check. yes, now it is in the same loading/chargement stage. but this is typical of oath invite cases. i don't have much left to check in there, but for you yes you'll need to view it regularly (along with your emails) for the update on your virtual ceremony.@2017CanadaHo! are you able to log in into your tracker? I have also requested for a virtual ceremony and Mississauga replied saying we will scheduled you for a virtual ceremony. Still waiting on the date.
@2017CanadaHo! : Thanks, as of now tracker has nothing related to Oath. I will check daily.this looks like decision made cos only then do things like language, physical presence etc get updated.

Thank you. I hope i don't have to wait long for this virtual date. Are virtual date more difficult to get? Have you heard?Anyone from this group has any idea how long they take to rescheduletill yesterday it was working, after that i closed that tab (which had been open all these months!!!!) cos nothing futher to check. yes, now it is in the same loading/chargement stage. but this is typical of oath invite cases. i don't have much left to check in there, but for you yes you'll need to view it regularly (along with your emails) for the update on your virtual ceremony.
