Iam soo nervous and excited and can’t wait to see when we get BU for reel to know how long it takes after Ghost update specially for Montreal we don’t have enough data comparing to other province

That's how the general trend is, however because of Holidays and the end of the year. I would not expect anything before mid of January.

Guys, i read a bunch of folks here were able to reach out and speak to an IRCC customer care agent. could you guys share the phone number and IVR options you chose? I have been trying to call them for months with no success. I end up with atutomated IVR message that they are sorry and cannot connect me to an agent at that moment.
Apparantly, Ukraine and Afghanistan are on priority. :/
Kindly help.
