Hello everyone,
I finally applied for the citizenship by sending all my papers to the courier address
Type: Paper Application
Location: London, ON.
Physical Presence Days: 1,769 (I know I should've applied earlier)
Application: Single
Application sent: September 20th
Delivered: September 22nd
AOR: waiting to receive email or letter, crossing fingers it comes next week

Just thought to share this news I saw:
As of September 1, there were 371,620 applications on the citizenship waiting list, up from 444,792 on July 15.

Interesting to watch how online applications are getting more priority in AORs than paper applications!!
AOR is just a small part in the process. After that, paper application seemed to take lead in the entire process
I wonder why AOR would be so delayed for me.
When the website says they're processing app received "the week of sept 9" I'm assuming they are talking about the full week and not apps received AFTER that date lol. There is still hope. At some point I will stop complaining and just wait until I hear anything

is AOR received by email or do you have to log in to your account to see it? I applied online as single applicant on Sept 15 too but haven’t gotten an AOR yet
Yeah it’s weird the way they write it. I would expect them to write “Week of Sept 5th” since Monday is the start of the week, but when they write Sept 9th I am not sure if they mean the apps received before or after this date
Its received by email. Once you get your AOR email, it will have the application number with which you can track your application here - https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login
For those wondering, or worrying, about AOR processing times, you have no idea how lucky you are. The 2022 applicants are getting AOR way faster than previous years.
Ours tooks over 2.5 months from August to Novembre 2021.

Instead of looking at the tab for your month, go further in to check the other tabs, one of them is 'Processing time comparison'. The average for September 2022 at the moment is 7 days to get AOR.
