For those wondering, or worrying, about AOR processing times, you have no idea how lucky you are. The 2022 applicants are getting AOR way faster than previous years.

Ours tooks over 2.5 months from August to Novembre 2021.

You should explore the google sheet for 2022 found here
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...cJH9nEA2u2GOhfpUZOckOWmN0/edit#gid=1723141943

Instead of looking at the tab for your month, go further in to check the other tabs, one of them is 'Processing time comparison'. The average for September 2022 at the moment is 7 days to get AOR.

Check that against the 2021 google sheet found here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...LDmHK1tgK7yqAgQ5Jfyxv7BEI/edit#gid=1723141943

Good luck.
Also was checking the spreadsheet. Even till a few months earlier in 2022, AOR was taking weeks n months!

Indeed. If you look at the 2019, 2020 processing times... it went up during the pandemic but it is going down constantly. It's really sad for those people who have been waiting 2+ years when some applicants from 2022 already have done their oath!

I have checked that before, I thought the same. But no use. No app in the system. Good idea for others that may have missed the email though.

Well actually my plan is to wait 1 more month, if i receive nothing it mean my package was lost, so i will send them a new paper application..

if they receive my new paper application, and in there system there is already an application they will just return it to me.

is AOR received by email or do you have to log in to your account to see it? I applied online as single applicant on Sept 15 too but haven’t gotten an AOR yet
I received an email from IRCC titled 'Do Not reply" , the AOR is a pdf attachment with detailed explanations on next steps with links to check application status.

Looks like AOR for paper applications can get delayed bcz of Fiona’s land fall ie wide scale prolonged major power outages across NovaScotia. Worst is not expected on Cape Breton Island. Brace for impact tonight and hope for the best.

Yeah the power outages are expected to be widespread and prolonged so that will surely cause delays....hope everyone there remains safe!
