Finally PPR guys !

AOR: 09 Sep 2022
PPR: 30 Nov 2022
Visa Office: CIO

This whole process has been extremely fast for me.

It might very well be that I had a previous visitor visa application in process and perhaps most of the procedures were already done before I submitted my PR application.

Good luck to all of you !

Right! Less than 3 months on average too!!

This is great news I think. Trying not to check everyday but seems

A good question - how do applicants check their visa office? Is this indicated in the portal?
Yeah, I think 3-4 months processing time is not unreasonable to expect (although certainly not guaranteed).

I don't think you can check your VO in the portal. From what I heard it's listed on the PPR letter and I guess in GCMS notes if you order them.

Aahh thanks for this! Makes sense.

Saw in another thread, someone suggested to consider ordering these if you don't hear back after say 4-5 months. Just to check on progress and if there's anything outstanding. Thinking of doing this or I'll just wait patiently....

Yeah, I may order the notes after around 4 months if I hear nothing. So far it's been exactly one month so still plenty of time left.
