Mine is October 1st, 2021, today my employer said that he can wait for me anymore, and he withdrew the job offer. Can I update a new job offer?

Please I have direct questions to ask.
1 Am I suppose to print the job offer imm5983 then fill with my hand and give to employer to fill by hand and sign and I sign too, and then scan it again. Or i should send the pdf to employer to fill( am just wondering how he will do it since that form may be difficult to open) sign and send it to me again while I fill my part and sign and upload directly.
2 As for employer, is it okay to work with an agency offering HSW jobs or I must work get job with individual family directly.
3 Am just curious, whats the processing time for In Canada application , or is it the same processing times for out of canada process.

We do upfront medical and uploaded through web form. We get medical passed but I believe that no one reviews our application yet.
