I also received AOR yesterday. I was able to set up the tracker on https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-status.html this morning. But my application is not on in ecas yet.

Acc to this tracker, they are processing AOR for applicants from Sept 20 .. probably you'll get it this week or next. Don't worry.

My application was sent back once and I re-submitted (online) on September 26th and now I'm very anxiously waiting for AoR again

Usually, yes but sometimes it could longer. I would say wait till Monday.
