I received the email from IRCC who requested to declare the absences because they found 3 stamps in my passport not proclaimed from my absence report, the officer really has eagle eyes.

What are you required to do for declaring absences? Did you not have this in the physical presence report when u applied?

Okay, good to know. Like i suspected, SCR doesn't necessarily always mean delayed processing. There must be other variables in play in terms of timelines. Anyways, congratz and good luck.

I saw that my application has a last updated date for today, July 25th, but there is no change on the actual status. My BG and test got completed back in Feb, 2022, and nothing else has moved.

I did recently update my address on file, but not sure if that would have caused this ? Or can I expect my decision to come soon ?

Any one who wrote the test in Feb or has process in the kitchner office had any movement? had no movement from Feb 18th. Have asked for GCMS notes. Family applicant.

I called IRCC to inquire about my citizenship application today. The agent told me that my file is in Scarborough office now and Scarborough office will process Language, prohibitions and physical presence. Once Scarborough office change the status of these sections as 'Completed', they will send the oath invitation. The agent also informed me that the current citizenship application processing time is 27 months and they can not contact IRCC directly before 27 months. So, I guess for my application, Scarborough office is the reason for delaying?
