Agree. 27 months is ok if it's fair and we know where we are. People's plans are all delayed because of unknown processing time with a lot of what ifs. Seeing people applying after us being processed faster than me making me anxious

I am not planning to sit back and wait. I will write to them by next month if something happens. My background check was completed on April11th, so I am expecting some updates by next month.

It was hard to talk with IRCC. Today, I will try 4 times but it failed.
This is becuase my old traker status shows me "decision made" last weeks, and new tracker is all completed except ceremony.

Just wandering about when do I receive oath invitation letter after decision made?

Wishing everyone good luck!

Hi All,

It's been 20 days now since I got fingerprints request without receiving a letter from IRCC. I tried calling them dozen times with all trials failure. I sent two webforms without reply.

Any advice ??

Does anyone know what does this mean " plan to leave Canada for more than 2 weeks in a row "
Does it mean we have to inform IRCC for any time away from Canada for > 2 wks?? Has anyone done this? Is it mandatory to inform?

While we process your application, contact us if any information on your application changes or if you

Does take about 20 days, guess you will have updates in a week.

I saw on fb group a paper application sent 21 Feb 2022, Aor 28 March 2022, BG verified 27 Apr 2022 and normal processing. This is crazy the way IRCC is working right now!

Thats serious time travel, application submitted in September 2022, with AOR and BG done prior to submission.

Everything else except oath ceremony updated to completed on May 9th. How long does it take usually to get oath invite after everything else is updated?

Not the only one. I know someone who is 2022 app and waiting for ceremony. I am waiting a little bit longer before sending a letter. Like seriously, we need some transparency!

I let IRCC know about an upcoming vacation outside of Canada (3.5 weeks) but largely only because the next stage of my application would be an invite to take the test, and I wanted to ensure that didn't occur when I was away. I don't know if it is a mandatory requirement to let them know unless your absence would affect your PR status.

I am still wandering too.
my case updated to completed on May 4th but not yet to receive oath letter. I called IRCC yesterday and heard that my case moves to ceremony department. So still waiting. I live in Vancouver.
