Canadian Citizenship timeline eligibility- Please help

Hi all,

Am I eligible for Canadian Citizenship from timeline standpoint?

• September 10, 2020 – May 10, 2021 : Work on Global Talent Stream visa (i.e. Work visa)
• May 10, 2021: Laid off
• September 7, 2021 – February 14, 2023: Work on Global Talent Stream visa ( i.e. Work visa)
• February 14, 2023- now : PR in Canada ( have been working on PR status))
• Since September 2020, I spent 3 weeks in total in the USA for business trip.

Can you let me know if I’m eligible to apply for Canadian citizenship now. If not eligible now, when am I eligible?

Use the online calculator. That's the best way to confirm if you qualify or when you qualify. Make sure you have a few weeks of additional buffer when you submit the application.

Yes, that makes sense. Yes, you can use the old IELTS results.

As per https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...g-citizenship-application-to-ircc-acc.626396/ it seems like linking is not possible, rather when IRCC is ready you'll have a different portal to track this.
