You can take the test without receiving the email just follow the link on your tracker ( in the period you are eligible to take the test in) and follow the steps ( usually the email follows in 1-2 days)

Nothing to worry you will recieve a mail atleast 2 days before the test. My tracker got a test update on April 11,test window was between April 22-May 12 and recieved the mail for test on April 19th.

This shows that it is not necessary that the full processing of application will take 27 months.

It would be nice if applications were processed in a more logical sequence and first come first serve basis . 2022 apps are moving faster than 2021.

You can read the book 2 times or listen to audio file .A couple of pratice test will also help.

That application went from Background to Oath in less than a month, the officer must have wanted to do a fast one to meet a monthly quota. You are not getting that.
