My dates are very similar to yours (I applied September 16, 2021, Test is marked complete on June 1) and my current status is the exact same. Agreed, seems they are taking forever!
Yes, Background Checks also 'In Progress' ; No, fingerprints not requested (yet).

Prohibition, are completed. Single paper application.
I Received the email 3 days ago. Stating I can write exam 23-8-2022 from 12:00 am onwards but when I try to login and sign in for exam. It gives a message You can’t take the test right now .
What should I do ? Is it common for the exam to be not ready right away ?

I just got an interview invite email today morning.
I applied on September 6th 2021 and finished my test on May 2nd 2022 - Scarborough Office - Online single applicant . Did anyone else get the interview? It asks us to be prepared with the documents that they have asked (if any) but i checked the email and the attachment and nothing was requested.
How long after the interview did they get the oath invite?

Yes background verification and citizenship test is completed. others are in progress except citizenship ceremony which has not started.
