Not sure where your info is coming from. You can travel with Indian passport until you get the Canadian one. citizenship certificate is listed as accepted document to enter into Canada as per CIC however the problem is with Health Services and ArriveCan. There is no option to select Certificate. You should probable check with them if they accept that document.
Here is your information:Out of interest, how long does it take to go from oath to Canadian passport? What are the steps involved?
YesHello forum members
I gave test on June 10, 2022. Tracker updated as Test has changed from “In Progress” to “Completed”. Does it mean that the officer has validated the test and declared it official ?

There is no fixed timeline to this. It mostly depends on your processing office.Hi Everyone,
Today, my language, physical presence and prohibitions were marked as completed. Oath Ceremony is still not started.
Also, in ECAS it is now decision made.
Does anyone know how long it usually takes until to get the oath invite?
Thanks.

My processing centre is Scarborough. There is no fixed timeline to this. It mostly depends on your processing office.
Better to let people know your processing office. Someone processing through the same office can provide you with the best guesstimate.

I read it somewhere too hence the reason I mentioned to check with them before doing anything. Here is your information:

I would strictly suggest you to use Canada.ca website for all your queries rather than asking around here. Its safe and keeps you from misinformation.
Try another option. If you tried UCI and it didn't work, try application number. This happens to me too. The application number starts with a "C".We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:
