Is there anyway I can link my application with the online account to follow their status?
I try to link it but it shows that they couldnt find my application. Is it because they havent start reviewing my application?

Yes, it's because the application has not begun being reviewed or entered into the system. Some March applicants are still not able to link as of yet. Will be a few months for September applicants at least.

My application is received in Mississauga on Sep 16th. Just got an email from IRCC regarding a reminder to pay biometrics fee today, but I already paid together with other fees. Anyone else got that email? My application number is on the pdf as well but I have not yet received the AOR.

It's $85! I answered questions from this website and paid my fees https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp

But check list doesn’t say that you have to pay unless they send you a letter to do so. Just tell them you paid upfront

I just got an email saying I need to pay my biometrics fee, which is strange because in the guide it said I didn't have to since I've submitted biometrics last year for a work permit. I guess I should just pay and see?

- Edit: Did the biometrics tool again, never mind! I have to do them anyway.

I just show my emplyment information. I have some gap year since i went back to school several times too.

Thank you! One more question please.. in the checklist - which option you selected for open work permit as the option of “if you are a spouse of Canadian citizen or permanent residence is not available.. also did you use the checklist Imm5556e and work permit application Imm5710e

There are 3 doccument forms that I use, Imm5556(checklist), 5710(WP application) and 5409 (statutory declaration of common-law union) since I apply through common-law program.
I'm holding study permit now so in my case i just check the "If you are a student" section.
If you have marriage certifacate, there is a section you can check it.

I want information about 5710 on 18/sep i submit work permit application online. but i did mistake in 5710e. I mention wrong first time entry date and airport name. But on 19/sep next day i sent web form and mention correct entry date and airport name. Will it impact on my work permit.
