Hi, a quick question please....

I have not received an official AOR yet (Mail or otherwise) but my ECAS status is “Application Received“.

What does that mean?

It means that your application is in the queue to receive AOR letter. But, some people also not received AOR mail/email or update on ECAS and went straight into IP eventually.

I just called IRCC on 1-888-242-2100.

I used the menu options 1, 4, 1, 1. (You will have to wait patiently till the menu is active as there is a lot of talk in between options when they don't accept input.)

I got the usual message that all agents are busy, and I could leave a number to call back. I did this and got a call back in about 30 minutes.

The agent informed me that my application was they have received my application and that it was In progress. She also confirmed that the acknowledgement was not sent as yet.

She then offered me my application number which she then proceeded to give me.

I asked for information for the rest of my family. She did share the application for my minor son but did not divulge any information for my spouse, saying that she would have to call herself with her information.

I am not updating the tracker as yet as I still do not have an official AOR email, nor the In Process status on ECAS - (It still shows just the one line).

I'll continue to update as I get more information.

Hi there! Same case here, No AOR but Ecas updated to application received. May i know what is the application number for? Should we log in to ecas with application number or we can keep using our UCi? Thank you!

I logged in to ECAS with both the UCI and the Application number. There is no difference between the two.

I suppose if you have multiple applications with IRCC, then the UCI will provide access to all the applications, whereas the application number will provide access to the specific application.

Hi everyone! I just checked the status on ECAS, using the application number provided the other day by the IRCC agent.
The second line appeared (finally!!! ): "We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on December 15, 2020." I guess this makes it official now, I have AOR. Still no sign of the actual letter in the mailbox, but that's less of a concern now.

Hi... just checked my ecas today second line says AOR sent on dec15 but there is nothing in email/ mail

My app received on Sep 24, and still no second line on ecas...

I haven't seen many AORs in Jan 2021 so far. I think they are concentrating on sending the existing applications to IP and issuing test invites for applicants from 2019.

Hello every one.. I am still waiting for my AOR. the ECAS still indicates that it is not able to find my records, I called up CIC and they asked me to wait for some more time. hopefully some magic happens.

I hope AOR on the way this month. My application was delivered on September 28,2020 and nothing on the ecas as of now, system is not showing anything. What was your application delivery date?
