Right! The phone call with IRCC finally went through after several tries and got my application number. It shows Application Filed on Jan 19, and Background Verification Completed on Mar 22. Language skills/Physical presence/Prohibitions all In Progress. Citizenship Test and Ceremony Not Started. Reading from the thread here looks like BG is the one that usually takes the longest time?You AOR letter was never sent. Call IRCC to get your application number. There was a glitch in their system late 2020

Thanks man! Just checked my BG was completed on Mar 22, but no further updates since then.
The situation is the same for many applicants. My BG was completed on March 9th and according to my GCMS notes, my application moved to "Test Ready" status on March 24th. Nothing since then - radio silence.
In my profile it shows info was last updated on Apr 23. What was the last updated date on yours?
The same. April 23rd is the update date seen by so many applicants. That date probably just corresponds to when the dashboard went live and not an actual status date on your application.
That sucks! I'm going to wait until the end of this year, if still nothing I will withdraw my application and leave the country.

I received my GCMS notes today, Exactly 32 days after submitting the request. It was requested under privacy act of ATIP which is free.Alright guys, I got my GCMS notes. Below are the details.

My application has been "Test Ready" since 24th March 2021. I'm glad that it isn't rotting away in the registry.
Security and Criminality both appear to be complete. This is good!
The "due date" for knowledge (test), prohibition, language and physical presence is 28 November 2021. Coincidentally, perhaps, this is exactly 10 months from when my application went to IP status on ECAS. This is a little bit off putting but I hope they won't wait until the 11th hour before issuing a test invite.
Under the "Organization & Entities" section, I see an entry listed as "telework". I don't think this is related to me. I think this refers to the WFH scheme for IRCC employees.
My application was in-transit as of 10th March 2021. My application was received in Mississauga office registry on 19th March, 2021. Application was moved to "Test Ready" status by Mississauga office on 24th March 2021.
The officer notes have been redacted entirely, which is weird. I doubt that all 12.5 pages would contain information that is considered confidential.
I looked up S.12(1) under the privacy act and it reads as follows:

Not sure which part of this law they are using to censor the information.
I'll request notes from CBSA at a later point in time and like word has it, I might see less redactions in their notes.

So, it implies that I should expect fingerprint request which I have never received, nor do I see any status update regarding the same in the new tracker. I also did another ATIP request with RCMP. will update when I receive one.
Yes, you will be requested fingerprints from what it says under CIT RCMP Screening
Does that mean you won't be getting the test invite until after Dec 5, 2021??

most likely you just did not receive the AOR, there was a glitch in the system.
Later, you can ask for your application number by filling out a form, it's much better than calling then waiting for no reason.
