Last phone call I made to IRCC was on June 1 when they said my eligibility is still at recommended pass, security not started & info sharing in progress.
than the email from ircc which my MP forwarded me- says all the above three things passed on June 7 & I will receive further information in my online account in coming days.
So it took them just a day to pass pretty much everything.

A11.2 - CASE PROCESSING AGENT: Lock-in Date: 2020-09-25_ PA: - EE FSW Having analyzed this application based on the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the file, I make the following recommendation.
Met R75: FSW MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Met R76: SELECTION CRITERIA - FSW POINTS: APPEARS TO MEET R76: SELECTION CRITERIA - FUNDS: APPEARS TO MEET FSW points total: 79 Outstanding Documents
(Requested): - RPRF RPRF: Outstanding

GCMS ORDERED on Feb 11, 2021
RECEIVED ON June 11, 2021

After a wait of 120 days, I have finally got my GCMS SET.

I have some below queries;

1- Does my last 120 days updates on my application are available on my gcms set ? because I paid my RPRF in Dec and I am sure they are updated as well. But it shows Outstanding, since they are 120 days old.
2- Since I am unable to understand the legal terms used on my set, can you please share is my application on the right track? Is there anything I should be worried about?
3- On page 125, in Notes 2, (police certificate) section it says REVIEW REQUIRED like this "Primary Applicant Pakistan police certificate: Provided-NRT R10 OK Recommendation: Review Required - Stat Questions Spouse Pakistan police certificate provided-NRT R10 OK Recommendation: Review Required - Stat Questions -----AGE----- Applicant's age reviewed and No Change from ITA to e-APR -----DOCUMENTS SET FOR REVIEW----- Client Information"

and on page 126, in notes 3 (police certificate) section, it says OK like this "Primary Applicant Pakistan police certificate: Provided-NRT R10 OK Recommendation: Pass Criminality Spouse Pakistan police certificate: Provided-NRT R10 OK Recommendation: Pass Criminality -----AGE----- Applicant's age reviewed and No Change from ITA to e-APR -----DOCUMENTS SET FOR REVIEW----- Client Information ",

Can you please share your views on that ? Is that a matter of concern.

1. See the date of generation at the bottom of any page, it is as of that how your application looked like which has been captured.

2. The following note is your eligibility note. As per this, the eligibility is is recommended passed. This will be reviewed by an officer and a final determination on your eligibility will be made.

R76(b), proof of funds

3. Note 2: NRT - No reportable trace
R10: completeness check

Te stat questions pertains to the statutory questions about any prior visa refusal etc. If you answered yes, then there will be a review required. This is common and nothing to be concerned about.

Hope this helps!

How did you call your MP? How does one find who to call?

The MP can only obtain your info and not expedite the process. Here is my old post on the this:

An MP inquiry is not a right, rather it is a privilege given to the Member of Parliament to obtain your personal information from a federal agency.

Section 8 of the Privacy act states:

Disclosure of personal information

  • 8 (1) Personal information under the control of a government institution shall not, without the consent of the individual to whom it relates, be disclosed by the institution except in accordance with this section.

    Where personal information may be disclosed

    (2) Subject to any other Act of Parliament, personal information under the control of a government institution may be disclosed
    (a) ...
  • (b) ...
  • (c) ...
  • (d) ...
  • (e) ...
  • (f) ...
  • (g) to a member of Parliament for the purpose of assisting the individual to whom the information relates in resolving a problem;

They can obtain your information from any federal agency within 24-48 hours. However, beyond this they cannot do anything.

To contact a MP, you can find their contact details https://www.ourcommons.ca/Members/en/search
