Called the IRCC today - Details in my signature.
Eligibility has changed to in progress as per the agent and this changed on 5th February 2021, also file was last touched then. Security is still not started

Yup, progress bar is gone as observed by others. Anyhow it was a useless piece of information!

Got status update from Agent as below:
CEC applicant inland | ITA 16th September 2020 | AOR 27th September 2020 | Medical passed 11th November 2020 | Biometric Pass - 11th November 2020 - updated same day on profile| Criminality - In progress since 25th November 2020 | Security - not started ( as per CIC agent) | Eligibility - not yet started | VO CPC - OTTAWA
My security is not started and one of police clearance certificate is already expired, not sure once they start the security will they ask again to submit updated police clearance certificate?

They want the officer to to review it nothing to worry but you say background is passed and security is not started thats confusing as background includes criminal and security

how long does it takes from here generally?

We really have no idea as due to Covid19 many things have changed but good part is that it is atleast review required not stuck at not started

You may need GCMS nots o know what exactly is review for... this can be anything from POC, Educational evaluation, expired passports, POF, work experience or job offer etc. or can be as simple as extension review of expired documents if any. you may also review your documents and see if there is anything that you can make out.

the below thread has some reasons for review required...

It's better if you could start the renewal process and send a webform to IRCC with the updated passports and Letter of Explanation. This way you can avoid any processing delays because of this reason.
Thank you so much for your response.
