Okay. Thank you for confirming.They is no negative impact on your application. Whenever i call, they ask me complete information regarding my profile, yesterday they even asked my previous address that was on my Passport. So, they just try to confirm your identity, nothing else to worry.
Hi. They'll.Will they respond to the web form query since the application is within the normal processing times? In the web form page they state that they won't if this is the case.

@legalfalcon
The biometrics are pending since services have not been resumed but the cic account for the field of biometrics now shows "We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details." and it used to show "We need your finger prints to process your application. Check your messages below for details."
On the first page too, the application current status now reads "submitted" and before it used to show "your action is required". Does this mean a ghost update? What can be speculated? Anyone with similar experience?
@legalfalconAre you exempt from biometrics?
IRCC has informed that if you have given biometrics in the last 10 years, you are exempt from giving them again. To check if your previous biometrics are valid, you can check the status at <https://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/extapp/bioStatusQuery?fbclid=IwAR2XOMUJJMcdwNWG8awkgF_u7OGylXTxRqhCM_g23tSqq1uJVhC2KyRv1aI>

i guess you are similar to mine but the question here is there seems to be an issue on the VO Ottawa side.Mine status is same as yours, only Criminality is passed rest not started. AOR: 4th Sept, Med/BIL: 22Oct, Bio:17th Nov and VO: CPC Ottawa
Yes, we share same timeline and also LoveYVR have similar status (Criminality: Passed, others not started) like we have. I have read many threads and most of them saying Ottawa is having huge backlogs and burden, so I'm guessing that's the reason it is taking time.i guess you are similar to mine but the question here is there seems to be an issue on the VO Ottawa side.
