Background Check: We are processing your background check. We will send you.....

Refunded my biometric fee also..

Who has a similar timeline?

Can you please explain me,, what does mean by eligibility “Recommended passed” when we call cic

The eligibility takes place in two stages. First an analyst or an assistant will review and make a recommendation. This can be recommended passed / Met / etc. This recommendation is then reviewed by an officer who makes a final determination.

Awesome!!! Glad to meet you.

No, I don't know, i have not checked...
But I am moving back to my home country next month, when I message IRCC to update my situation, I'll ask for all the details (which VO, eligibility, security and criminality)

I am a Sep 12 AOR, got medical passed Oct 15 and BIL exempt (this is my 2nd FSW application). I am really anxious because this is my 2nd FSW application, the first one was refused after 9 months of waiting for reference letter not have enough of the listed duties of the NOC. I got another reference letter for this one of course.

I have already raised one webform (Oct 27 and got response Nov 3). I plan to raise another one Nov 27, is that too frequent? I am just really anxious. I will order gcms but I want to do that like 4 months. What do you guys think?

What was your NOC? I didn't know you could get rejected for not having enough duties.. That must mean that they were processing your eligibility for more than 6 months. Can you pls share the reference letter that led to refusal of your application? I think it might of help to someone else.

Yes, don't raise frequent we forms but order your GCMS after 4 months completion.

Hi, can you tell me how many duties did you mentioned in the reference letter on the basis of which your application was rejected?

Hi @legalfalcon, I just requested my GCMS notes with GETGCMS today. I have received the mail quoting 35 days and IRCC is obligated to release the information within 30 days.

I wanted to ask you how long it might take for me to receive the notes, considering the Christmas holidays. Pls advise.

Also, a few applicants from Sep AOR have gotten their golden emails (including one from advertising related NOC). Any idea what's happening.?
