I just checked my esac and on pr side it says decision made. When I click on it it says we started processing your application for permanent residence on 13. Dec 2019. Is this a mistake? Could it be that they finished everything in one day? Are we rejected?

Wait and see, and relax - a rejection that quickly is most unlikely (they would likely have to do steps like procedural fairness first). It is possible it could be a mistake but just as likely different systems updating at different times (and possibly on positive side, i.e. the positive decision has been made and PPR not yet processed and just minor updating issues in the system).

Recommend you get into gcms and see if there is more detailed info there. And relax - on balance of probabilities, more likely good news than negative.

Mine was done in 1 day on the 13th as well.

Its normal. don't worry I am at same stage. its always a good news. ppr will come monday.
