How long did it take for you to get a response? I emailed them on the 24th and nothing...I am in that haha , our app is September 12 and I only know we are in line for interview because I emailed them when I hit one year . Can’t wait to get that interview date and get it all behind us

Keep trying , I email the Mexico VO directly . Which VO are you with ? Email them directly rather than that web form

I have sent webform regarding my case to webform they have responded after a week
To which they have asked me to directly report to london visa office and then i have sent my querry to london visa office which according to them i will get answer aftr 28 days.

My husband sent a webform to London on my behalf and they responded very fast. He sent on Friday and response came on Monday. You are in London right?

No i am in Afghanistan and my husband is in canada he is a citizen over there my visa office is London
Now i have passed almost 13.5 months so i was worried to ask in what stage is my application ?
Because ECAS shows in process nothing changed

I am at the same stage 17 sep applicant from Afghanistan and husband in canada.. its same for me .. shows in process . I emailed them a month ago and VO replied me after 23 days
I dont know what else i can do to know exactly at what stage my application is
I also emailed them 4 times, for the first 2 times they replied in a couple of hours then 3th and 4th time I emailed them they didn’t reply quickly. I got my response in 23 days.. my email was about progress of my application. Also do you have gckey account??

Nope,,, with London it can take up to 15-18 months... their reply was: your file is under review by officer. That’s all, so probably background check didn’t even start yet...
Omg I hope it will be done very soon at least for you. 15-18 months
