Where do you live? Biometrics are not being colected in Canada but fingerprints are. And dont ask me the difference, it is confusing to me!

Awesome! I got it. Biometrics I think is the face and eye recognition and fingerprints just fingerprints! Haha

Hello Everyone!
I’ve got an update on my PR application. Up to yesterday it was showing : “Not applicable” on the background session.
But now they are processing my background check and there is a 4 page letter asking for fingerprints.
Nothing about OWP yet...
Now I’ll figure out how to get them done as I thought that there was no need to get fingerprints done in Canada.
Has anyone done it in Canada?

Great news! Similar thing happened to us. It went from "not applicable" to processing the background check, and the same day they asked for a copy of my husband's new passport (current one expires in May).

-i wish I could link my account and check my owp. I am Sep 4 received and AOR on 9-26-18. did my medical and went and did a PCC for the RCMP all that was done second week in DEC. i can not link it to save mylife

Then logged on again 10 minutes ago and it said "Final decision made. You application has been approved."

yes, PR and OWP
