Could you please advise if you have been asked to bring your passports. And if yes, did they try to examine the stamps on it?

I did bring my old and new passports, but they didn't even see them.

They took only my PR card and two forms (like Prohibitions Form, Permission Release and consent) in your notice email. I had never seen the officers didn't look at anyone's passport in the room.

yes and no i see an update on ECAS that they send me correspondence i didn't receive any email but when i called them one of the executive said they sent an email and another said they sent an mail which i didn't receive it yet so i am not sure what should i do?

You should call the local office. Don’t you have the number of officer who interviewed you ? Or may be ...try CIC call Center again. You must provide it within 30 days .

i think i cannot contact the local office because they don't provide any number from Local office. the only way to contact IRCC is through their customer care @ 888-242-2100. am i right?
