I have received my notes that ordered in Jan. 28.

Actually, according to the notes, my file has not been touched from 2018.11.14. My ADR Police Certificate was received in 2018.12.18. But it seems that no one has checked it. They just put this Police Certificate into my file. Then nothing happened.
However, the most ridiculous thing is: some PNP-Outland(SK) people whose AOR dates are later than 2018.11.14 get PPR this month.

Interesting to see the percentage of Sept folks that got PPR.
By just reading this thread you easily get the impression that most Sept folks already got PPR but it’s actually less than half of them.
Even the numbers for Aug are low to be honest: only 64% got their PPR within the 6 month period.

Looking at these numbers, the reality is that 80% of the applications are processed within 8 months vs. 6 months as stated by IRCC.

The trend is 8 months nowadays. Not 5 or 6 months

Nothing started except criminality(because of the BIO), gcms notes 01 february was empty ( even no A11.2) i was so disappointed.

They touched, worked and approved my file in maximum 28 days ...just unbelievable i absolutely was not excepting PPR that soon.

If they want be fast they really can... i could have PPR in 28 days maximum but they prefered to give me at the end of my 6 month not at the beginning
