Guys the recent ghost update that we received is only about criminality passed unfortunately.

Now the only issue is that PPR is generated by New Delhi Visa Office.
Will it be an issue if I send my passport for stamping in LA?

That is very good. We don't even have that yet being August AOR. A little is left before all is passed.
It's really dependent on the officer handling your file. I would say an officer confirming the agent's notes and passing eligibility takes less time, the confirmation itself, not the time between the recommendation and the confirmation which can be a few months like in our case. Security can take days to months, and even more if there's security screening.
That's immoral and a total rip-off.
