it means your file has been transfered to vo and aor2 is on its way.

I also got my AOR2 today. The letter was sent on December 21st, 2017. Im hoping for good news.

you can check your GC account once you link your account and you have AOR. im not sure what you mean exactly.

Application received: September 20th, 2017
AOR1: October 30th, 2017
PPC & Schedule A: November 10th, 2017
File transferred to VO: November 30th, 2017
AOR2: December 21st, 2017

Still havent done the medicals but I think I will do them next month. My visa office is in Singapore.

My BGC did not start but ecas went into in process on December 23. It's been a month since I've uploaded Additional documents and no file transfer so far. I have seen people get their files transfered within 2-3 days after uploading the documents. Maximum that I have seen is 20-25 days. I wonder what's taking them so long.

Ang alam ko po once na “in process” na sa Ecas under PR application eh automatic transferred na sa VO.. baka di ka lang po na sendan ng email just like the others.. read some case na ganun.

Its going through BGC and eCas says InProcess.
