Thanks That alleviates my concern.
PPR letter will be physical mail or an email?

Its all done in tunis, if you drop it off at the vfs they will do quality control and courier to the embassy, but you may as well just take it to the embassy. the security officers will take your package and you will likely get the visa/copr the same day. they only offer this service on some days mind you. if I recall correct its only 9-10am on Mondays and Wednesdays. the ppr will say what days to do it.
Seems like we are gone and forgotten!Hi Septemberites! Any movement to report?? All is quiet on the Mexican VO front...
______________________________________________________________________________________________Hi all. I have been a quiet lurker for a while on this forum but I am really thankful for all the advice that this forum has shared as it has helped with my application and eased my anxiety while waiting. While I was unable to contribute much, I realised I have come to depend on this forum whenever I felt anxious or had a question about my application. I have finally received my COPR and my application journey ends here. I look forward to landing in Canada soon and I wish you all the best with your applications. I am sharing my timeline here in hopes that it will be of help to others.

Hello Experts,
Can someone help? I am permanent resident sponsoring my wife from India. Our application was transferred to NDVO on 23rd November 2017 and there is no update on since then. I see most of the September Applicant has status Background Check started. But in our case it is "Your application is in progress, We will send you a message when we start your background check." How long it generally takes after file is transferred to VO to start Background Check? Appreciate your help.
Unfortunately NDVO is among the slowest VOs in the whole system. You should expect a 9 -10 months for the whole processing of your case. It could be shorter and it could be much longer, depending on your case.Hello Experts,

Thanks, it's very reassuring to hear that we're almost done! Yes, there was a file transfer email, my sponsor received an email on December 21st stating that our application was being transferred to London for further processing.Hi there,
Welcome aboard!
Pretty good timeline!
Seems like your application is moving forward smoothly which is great. You are almost done.
How do you know your VO is London, UK? did you receive a file transfer email?
Regards
Revenant
Correct, it's called a Bring Forward Date. Thanks, it's very reassuring to hear that we're almost done! Yes, there was a file transfer email, my sponsor received an email on December 21st stating that our application was being transferred to London for further processing.
Am I right in guessing that my file is sort of on hold at the moment because they gave me until April 23rd to upload the requested PCC's from Australia and New Zealand so I am thinking even though I sent them within minutes of them being requested they probably won't revisit our file until that deadline has passed not knowing that they are already uploaded hence Im not expecting any developments for at least another few weeks
