Hi, when your PCC is requested on the MyCIC portal, if you cannot meet the 30 day deadline from that point in time, instead of uploading your PCC, you will upload a letter or receipt of proof that you have submitted the PCC request and let them know approximately when you should be able to provide it. These instructions are also listed in the request letter you will get that requests the PCC.

Thank you very much for the reply , this is the only thing that I’m bothered with...since I’m in the Philippines already it will take a long time to get that QPCC and I’ve read somewhere that 3mons. Is not really sure .
