Hi,

My ecas shows they sent me a notice for test on December 7th and the test will be on Jan 11th and the notice with official test invite was mailed. I have not received any email. Do you guys know how long it takes to get this official request for test? Because I have not received any mail either.

Today I received a letter mentioning that my application has been referred to the Program Support Unit for a review. It seems that this is going to significantly delay the processing of my application.

Just wondering, was there any identity related issue or something they wanted to be clear before proceeding further to your case? I guess there might not be clear answer until they tell you about the PSU issue. However, it seems if they need further verification about identity, integrity or something looks beyond the straight forward processing criteria the files probably are sent to PSU. This is my guess after going through few previous posts.

By the way it seems that you had previously applied for the citizenship in 2015, and decision had been already made on that. Could it be related to that one?

congrats ss85!! i am happy for you.

I just checked ecas and it still says in process. we do not have the 4th line yet. I will sure to let you know. hopefully, it is soon as they started doing yours and our applications usually go side by side.
