What are we using to see this ?

Identification Type : Client ID Number / UCI

and then the UCI number ?

Yes, or you can use your application number, which is contained in the letter you should have received for AOR.

Application Sent: Sept 09
Application Delivered: Approx. Sept 13

Good question, I think is going to be little delay,
