Don't worry..sometimes people dont get AOR1 mails.. and get sponsor approvals directly..
you will hopefully hear back from CIC in this week or early next for Sponsor approval..

Hello Friend, I sent my spouse file on 28 Aug 2016 and they received on 2 Sep 2016. Still I didn't get any update form CIC. I try to link my spouse application to my CIC account but I got message, they could not find any application like this. I have entered proper information. And idea, why I didn't get any update still? Thanks for help.

You need to check the visa office which is assigned to ur PA and its specific timelines on the CIC website.. if it says sponsor approval takes 6 days then you still have time.. if ur sponsor approval is 30 days then the sponsor shud call CIC and inquire about the difficulty in linking and the fact that sponsor approval email hasnot arrived yet..
It all depends on the time lines given for your visa office on the CIC website.

Hey!

I've seen questions about linking your application to your account, but I couldn't find the answer, if that means anything? I was able to link my application without getting the AOR yet, does that imply, that they won't send it back or it just means it's on file now?

Happy to say that the sponsorship approval email came today!! So excited!! Now I am wondering how long the wait will be to get the aor from Mexico embassy. What should I be seeing next? TIA

I am not sure if some came across this kind of situation. I have applied for my wife and child who resides in India and I m PR working full time. After a month completion I have received a letter from CIC o refund $415.00 NO reason mentioned

I will appreciate if people can share some view, originally i paid $1115.00 and refund of $415 doesn't make sense to me .

I think it was just Name, DOB, city/country, number of applicants.
