Test done 20/20.
The interview took less than 2 minutes. He ask a few questions. Did not check stamps on passport or English language proof.
The visa officer said you will receiver a letter in 2 -4 months.
confused a little bit.

Don't be confused, lol! All went well apparently so sit back, relax and enjoy the anticipation of becoming a Canadian Citizen :).

Congrats on the test result!

Thanks all who helped me regarding all inquiries.

Best of luck to all who are waiting for next steps in the process.

Imran would you please update spread sheet.

Thanks Rigly68.

Yes, looking forward for the oath letter.
it looks like it is taking longer for the DM now. There are a few guys from November still waiting for DM after the test.

famliy application, passed test on 25 NOV 2016(20/20) in Montreal. Still IP no DM,is it normal? Worring......

Took test on November 3, 2016 with 20/20 score and citizenship officer said if everything else checks out after, I should expect the oath taking letter in 3-5 months. Until now ECAS status is still "in process" :( Vancouver seems to be moving so slow.

Hopinggirl - it is the same here in Ottawa. I did the test on Nov 9 and my ECAS still shows in process. I called CIC the other day and they told me everything looks fine on the file and they are doing some verification. I am not sure what that is though. I think it is case by case. people who did the test on the same day with me have already taken the oath. Did you contact CIC yet?

Hi guys, it's me again, Mr. Alway Late. I couldn't help calling IRCC again to check my application status after no news for 112 days since IP. The lady was kind enough to look into my files and told me everything looks good. I should be receiving a test invite when "they figure out the exam arrangement". Well, if all I need to do is continue to wait for good news, I can do that.

To anyone is also waiting for next steps, please be patient and positive. All the best.

Punkii,

I walked with all the documents for the Oath Ceremony as I did on my day of testing.
However, on the day of the ceremony, they only checked my PR card and Oath Invitation letter (both of which they took).

2 days after the ceremony, I can apply for a Canadian Passport. That day is today.
