Just write in your application form that it is expired (that is if it is expired). its no issue

308 in discover Canada book.

and in http://www.elections.ca/content.aspx?section=vot&dir=faq&document=faqgen&lang=e#gen1,
in this link that mentioned that Canada is divided into 338 ridings (also called electoral districts). One representative, or member of Parliament (MP), is elected for each riding.

So I believe you will see only one of these two numbers not both.

The book is not up to date. In fact, there were 308 electoral districts but that number has risen to 338 following the last federal elections in octobre 2015.

I received the Oath letter today dated Dec 28th for January 24th.
Please update sheet, thank you all for your continuous support in this journey, and good luck to all
FYI Ecas still not updated and doesn't indicate that the oath letter was sent out, only DM for few weeks with no other details.

Yes you need to bring the oath invite letter and your PR card and any other documents listed on the oath invite if asked for.

You will have to surrender your PR card to the officer during your registration for the oath.
