You filled it out correctly with "Yes" if she worked and had income.Montoyac said:Hey folks ,
I know I should've asked before sending my wife's application. What do you understand when the application asks if filling taxes were required ?? I looked at the service Canada website looks like if you received any income you are required to fill taxes ... on my wife's application we put that she was required to fill taxes as she has worked since landing in Canada.... I noticed in this forum that some people marked that question as NO ....
Just want to hear your thoughts!!
Thanks !
Congrats.. and thanks for the feedbackHurry49 said:Thanks guys for your wishes,
The test was easy I got 20/20 reading the book and online resources recommended on this trail really helped me. I also got an app on my cell for 3.99cad but I do not think I should have, there are some free apps that are very good.
The interview took maybe 4 mins, the officer asked for original documents, asked about my job, and some of my travels. He then congratulated me and told that I will get a letter within 2 weeks for the oath, which will be within 2 - 3 months. Gave him the signed sheet and he made me sign on the application, and that's it.
I am soooo happy. I was so nervous today, but everybody was nice.
Good luck everyone.
