Yes, i submitted everything when applied CIC at Sep 04 2015.

it seems you got medicals after 4months of AOR.

It depends on Visa office, sydney is fast, while some are slow
 
Eligibility is still in progress and background check is still not needed at this time. What about yourself?

I got email this morning for medical and RPRF payment.

You did upfront medical or you were asked for it?
