Hello folks!!

My timelines are on the left. I am trying to login to ECAS using my UCI # which I had got when I became a PR last year under FSW.

Until before I filed for my wife's PR, I could access ECAS, but ever since I cannot.

Can someone kindly guide me as to why I cannot access, and if others are able to, what details did they input differently, to be able to log-in.

I was requested an RCMP criminal record check from HK vo. Can I upload an receipt of the report to prove that I have finished the report and will send it asap to the vo? Does it help the process? And how long it usually takes to get the report back?

For me it only works if I use the application number. I tried with UCI# but it didn't work.

It's been two months now since the Manila office requested a couple of documents - which we of course promptly sent
them. Is there any way to check with CIC on the status of my wife's application? Any way to follow-up with CIC?

Same timeline as you, havent hear anything after AOR2 IN DECEMBER.

Dont feel hopeless, stay strong and maybe keep busy.

here is my story so far

I had a baby after submitting my application. as soon as we got Approval for sponsorship, we informed CIC of my visa office. they then told me my sponsor need to inform Mississauga, he immidiatley did. that was early December. end of December we checked ecas, the was a line saying they sent a document......fast-forward to feb still nothing. he called and called, they then told him they will resend. there after he went straight to the offices , which didnt help. they just told him, they made a note about his Docs to be resent.

last tuesday(March) he received the post FINALLY. instructions were to resend some forms, also send through proof of medical for the baby.

i manage to do everything, including my own upfront medical.and my hubby received my post. atleast that took only 4days.

so now after he sends the information, i wonder how long it will take to hear anything.

i already sent a case specific inquiry email, to give them my proof of medical, so they can match my file no with my UMI........ still haven't heard a thing...hahahaha. early dayss???

I'm pretty sure you will get good news soon, especially as you have a baby or 2 if I remember well you just need to be patience which is your visa office?

Thank you for your support Kitty_t. Every case is different, and even when things look like they are moving slow, you end up getting surprised with good news! I just hope all of us will get good answers very soon.

That would be lovely. I really want to be back for the summer and fall. I have been there on numerous times but since we have 2 kids, it can get quite expensive to be going back and forth I pray we will all be there by this summer ;D

What's your VO? Do you know approximately how long your VO is taking?
