Hi, got my SA in August, and have been waiting for the London office to contact me, then decided to email them the reply they sent was " Your application is placed in a queue waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. An exact review schedule is not available at this time. Please note that when an applicant is requested to submit further information to support an application, the processing of the application will resume only when the requested information has been received.

No further action is required by you at this time"
I believe looks positive.

However am still waiting, checking my mail every 10 minutes and always eager to check my posts, its already 4 months!!

They replied to you? Lucky you!

I sent an e-mail to London (hopefully the right e-mail address) on November 19th, and a case specific enquiry on November 25th. The purpose was to find out if they had lost my medical sheet as my ECAS does not show meds received. Can you share the contact info you have or was it a case specific?

No they never sent me AOR but I called in a week ago and they told me they had received it. And a week later I got SA.

Hi Claudzilla, my experience in summer was a little bit similar to yours, I visited my husband who is a Canadian citizen in May and stayed for four months but because i was honest to declare that i will be spending four months, the imigration officer refered to another department at Calgary airport where i was asked several questions for almost 30 mins, including if i had a property in UK, when i got married, and if i intend applying for PR etc. Eventually he wished me a nice stay in Calgary.

They are pretty good cos I have emailed them twice and they responded on both occassions within few days.
Ensure you include all necessary details such as your full Name, UCI number etc

My wife has not been given a UCI or anything yet, so I'm not sure how we can change her mailing address as in the space they want some type of official identifying number to choose from etc.

If you have an SA there is a UCI # in the sponsor acceptance email / letter.

The Sponsor gets a UCI #

The applicant has an application #, it starts with a letter. Mine is for example F012345678.

I don't think the principle applicant gets a UCI# until they get their COPR

@SarikaL we applied September 9th 2014, got SA approval on oct 23, 2014- hubby got email on nov 3rd 2014, that POS has his file, on Dec 6th we got update medical was received and then went in process on Dec 11th, and passport request dec 16th, so 4 months .God is good!!!

Believe it or not, but after they required to submit updated form in September (August update) and having received it on Sept 26 (the date of completed application) they never opened it from mailing room until November 19. Unbelievable. So, I have to count my 44-58 days not from August 20, not from Sep 26, but from Nov 19.

I don't think so. You called CIC and they confirmed this? I believe the counting starts from the day they receive it.

Does anyone know if there is an end of year rush by CIC? I mean if there is a certain number of applications that they have to process before the end of the year, do you think they would speed up their work in December to meet those numbers?

Just got off the phone with good ol' CIC, I was told that because I had to send in more information my application processing time starts over. Therefore I would be considered a November 18th Applicant! LMFAO!! DAMMUT... I am staying in the September thread

The guy I spoke to said I should have a decision by January 12th. :-X

I am so use to waiting though, we started this process in March of this year, first Inland now Outland; just to find out that NOW Inlanders are receiving OWP with AOR :-\ !! I give up!! lol

You know, you would be correct, if everything is perfect in this world. But they admitted that they never opened it on Sept 26, therefore my beginning starts on Nov 19. Therefore, I can expect it only in the middle of January. Tough...
