are they not requesting for passport if your already in canada. ? they just send COPR after the DM?

She won't get a passport request as she is an American and visa exempt..

It's good news Maria and can mean anything from your COPR will be in the mail today, tomorrow, or some days from now.. Happy dance time! Michelle got her COPR the next day after DM and mine came 8 days after DM.. You won't get an email or anything just have to wait for COPR in your mailbox.

Thank you! ... I called the centre to be nosy! lol.. I told them that I needed to know when my COPR was mailed to plan my travels and they told me it was mailed out June 19th... So we shall see >.< ... So nervous lol

I don't get PPR because I am visa exempt. We just get the COPR in the mail like you mentioned

I can't feel excitement right now lol... I know it is not their fault that Ottawa is screwed up but it is such a huge slap in the face to those of us still waiting.

Look at Leah, she sent in her CSQ May 5th and has heard absolutely NOTHING. That is jut unfair. How is it that her app is sitting 45+ days post document request and others are approved days after their request. Then people in 2015 being approved and others like me had to resend stuff we already sent.

I am sure everyone here is tired of hearing me complain lol.. but I am beyond annoyed with this process. I have also lost all hope of being approve this summer.

I think you have every right to complain about this process and what you've had to deal with so don't worry about it! And do not lose hope please, you have done everything they have asked and more.. You will be approved this summer and soon I anticipate You're probably tired of hearing me say that all the time, but I've been really wanting to come on here and see you and Leah, Mulez, fizban etc post some happy news already. And I have to believe that good news must be getting close because others here have had approvals etc, and we are approaching the 10th month mark now already..

On the spreadsheet for the Ottawa VO, and I know there are many other Sept folks out there that never joined the thread or the sheet which is unfortunate. But for just the Ottawa VO for Sept we still have left in order: Leah, Yourself, Mulez, SKfarmer, fizban, and elchaco87. So hopefully soon and maybe even today seeings how it's a Tuesday people may hear something.. And for the other VO's on the spreadsheet lets hope you folks hear something real soon also!

Cazzy, Leah, Mulez and others.. Never lose hope! There is no reason that your applications shouldn't be almost finished.. CIC is getting things done slowly but surely, and it's freaking crummy I know not having any news.. There is still the rest of the week and then the Saturday am updates also to look forward to.. Also I'm sure they will extend your medicals as they have done that for others many times now already. This process really eff's with a persons mind. I'm still feeling like I'm still in limbo but we're finished now. It takes awhile to really sink in after the fact, at least for me.. Keep checking them ECAS's as updates can be really random.. There is also the distinct possibility that a COPR could show up in your mailbox before you ever see a DM..

I know exactly how you all are feeling. I felt like that just last night. Even this DM is still surreal until i see the COPR. Big group hug!!!!! I know you guys and gals are nexttt!!! ...

Toronto star let me know that our story is on tentative schedule to be published tomorrow front page. Who is running to the news stand tomorrow? This girl!!! I am sure it will be online as well.
