App received: 17 Sep 2014
Medical received: 16 March 2016
Decision made: 26 March 2016
COPR issued: 5 April 2016
COPR in mailbox: 13 April 2016

Called CIC today, and the agent was helpful. She told me my COPR was sent on last Tuesday. I am from visa-exempt country so no PPR. My ECAS changed to Decision made on March 26, 2016. It means they sent my COPR in around 10 days after decision made. This could be reference for people from visa-exempt country.

Ask what your representative has done first, I would suggest. Then kick his ***.

I recommend to go ahead and sending proof that you have been worked the 4 months full time after your graduation , send your certificate , your work letter for 4 months , any slips and Tax reassessment about this period , send also letter of explanation about the year divided into two parts , scan all these documents and sending it by email , ask them to link those documentations to your application so the VO can find them and Judge easily , second review can take much time if you didn't act by yourself.

Thanks! I am from a visa except country so I can just go to a visa office to get my PR. I'll phone to make an appointment tomorrow. Hope they can fit me in soon.

just spoke to CIC, to confirm they got my address update,
as I changed it last week, they said yes & my copr was mailed last Friday.
Looks like i'll be stalking the postman these next few days

FYI guys,
if u need to call CIC now is the best time- (in Canada it must be about 7am)
there was no wait, a lady answered the phone straight away

then its a bunch of options to press for CIC, but once I chose all the options (alot of pressing #1), it barely rang once before the woman answered
