Guys I need your help. cic has asked me to.send my schedule A 5669 again duly filled till date.
But issue is I have too much information to fill and certain information is not accessible now. I don't have the copy of the application that I submitted as I lost it in a flight transit.
So my question is, how can I access my submitted application? Is there a way? Your help in this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I was in the same situation couple of weeks ago when CIC asked me to submit Schedule A form. I didnt have any copies of my application but still i went ahead and entered the approximate details. Most of my friends did that as well and they already got their PR's. I dont think you need to be worried about it that much.

Hello Guys,

Finally I got the email for which I have been waiting for months.. Passport Request ;D ;D ;D.

My timelines is as below:
app rec -- sep 4 2014
AOR -- jan 17 2015
T4,NOA and PCCs upfront - May 2015
medical upfront -- Sep 2015

I need to send passport to visa office through VFS services. Do I need to take prior appointment ? Also, do I need to go with all dependents.. ? Please advise.

i guess you can just directly go to VFS office with all the documents and photos if they have requested new photos.

Why do I feel like I'm the only one cic isn't contacting. AOR Feb 6th and nothing yet after :( :(

Did you order GCMS notes yet to check what's going on with your file?

Congrats kidbroker, happy for you!
Now you can remove those hideous smileys from your profile info. :p

Congrats to all who got PPR and COPR!!

I just got request for T4 and NOA for Year 2014 after MR..

Is this normal..?? Or means something wrong with my application as most people got PPR or COPR..

Thanks buddy, I should do that. Could you please tell me what is schedule A and what information we need to provide? Thanks again ;D ;D ;D

It's a history background - We sent this form with the application so they are basically asking for an update of it. For me, they asked from Oct 3, 2014 on (when they filed my application. We have to answer questions about education, employment... In summary they want to know what we've been doing since we submit the PR application.

This is the email I received:

"Dear xxxxxxxxxxxx,

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

> Schedule A: please provide a separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature started from 2014/10/03 with no gaps in your personal history.

You must send us the requested information by email within 30 days from the date of this letter.

Please reply directly to this email and put your application number in the title."
