it can take a few days longer than that.

their web page also says they are getting lots of requests, and suggest to inquire on status only after 31 calendar days have passed since notes were applied.

It took me 39 days . Ordered Jan 20, got it on March 1st.

Yes. That looks correct. You may need to create an account before paying. I had to do it. Its a simple process. Good Luck. Its $ 490 per person. Select the number of people and hit next. Good Luck.
 
Processing time on the CIC website has been changed to 18 months. :-\
