Hi, I have a question.
I paid my RPRF upfront and online but there is nothing referencing it to my application.
Do I have to inform CIC that I made payment and the application that it relates to?

Thanks

hey,

yes, it does not show up in ecas, but you need to email a copy of your receipt to:
cpco-cost-recovery.ctdo-recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca

with all your details (application number etc..)

Did u tries checking ur Ecas status using the RPRF fees receipt???? If you are able to check the status using
The receipt no (Rxxxxxxxxx) your RPRF is added to ur account. If you don't get through. Follow what Blessedsherry advised u.

Send a mail to CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca and then check after a week.

I thought that the email address was: CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca

Could somebody please advise? I sent my upfront RPRF info to this address and got an automated email stating

We have received your email sent to CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca<mailto:CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca> and we’ll update your information shortly. Please do not reply to this message. Replies to this e-mail will not be acknowledged as this email address is exclusively reserved for cost recovery.

Your application is going through the required assessment process and be assured that we dedicate all our efforts to processing the applications as quickly as possible.
