Guys I see another line added in ECAS for me today.
No. 2 was never there until today. Why would you think they added that line today could they be going for a processing delay on my file ?

1.We received your application for permanent residence on September 29, 2014.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 6, 2015.
3.We started processing your application on February 6, 2015.
4.Medical results have been received.
5.We sent you correspondence on February 19, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

Looks like CEC is working on full throttle. I received MR on Friday evening and Schedule A Background declaration form request just now.
I don't have the copy of my previous form which i sent along with my application in 2014. Therefore, i am not really sure about the exact dates i filled in it last time. Moreover, i never updated CIC regarding my job changes after my application. Will there be any issue, if i submit a new form with slightly different dates and new jobs?

can someone suggest me a good doctor who can submit the documents ASAP for upfront medical Anywhere in GTA.

Also, does it matter if you smoke green(weed)? any potential issues for medical exam?

I received Med's on 7th Feb and on 8th Feb they asked me to re-submit the schedule A. In my case I am still working in the same company, changes in jobs or companies should not be a problem as CEC is based on your previous experience so don't worry and send that form asap.

My NOC is 2282, do you think something has to do with 228X series ?

Thanks for your words. I just don't want to mess it up at the end of my PR application lol. I am not really sure about the exact dates for my addresses which filled in my application for the last 10 years.

Just got off the phone with CIC agent. I was told that they have received my upfront medical, and as per my file they don't require anything else at the moment. She wouldn't give me any more details and asked to call back after August 04, 2016 in case I don't hear from CIC till that time. But I am hoping this won't be the case.

I got appointment very quickly even within 2 days and 4 days from both the doctors. I went in to Doctor Emily and she had sent my file within 2 weeks. I saw people coming and doing upfront medical in her clinic.

On the top right of your screen, click "PROFILE". On that page, on the very left, there should be a list of options. Click "Forum Profile Information". Scroll down and edit your dates there. Remember to save your changes!

Chennai, India Rs 4500 for Adults if age more than 40 they do additional blood test which is again Rs 1900/-
For Children age less than 12 it is Rs 2000 or 1900

I believe even Bangalore will have the same cost as Panel doctors are from Apollo hospital and their costing should be the same in south.
