File received on sep. 12. AOR Jan. 28, 2015. Could you tell me if there is a possibility to be refused after receiving MR? Thanks!

If you pass medicals and from there to until PPR if you didnt charged for any offence, then definitely you will get PR, as rest of all its manageable by providing supporting doc if they ask

As per OP25A, medical results should be issued when eligibility has been completed (passed). So I think that's pretty safe. The next step is admissibility and the security side of that is completed by CSIS. There doesn't seem to be a lot of recent data on how long these checks take, but assuming that the checks are being completed, for some, after MR, then it would explain the delay in PPR/RPRF.

they did not request anything, it was my own initiative to send them supporting docs actually. So not even sure if the supporting docs did help that much

Share the email ID you send all your supporting docs..!

Congrats, it's about time you Sept 12 applicants got something! SS updated.

@Kota, they are still working on late 2nd week and early 3rd week Sept 2014 applicants - it's too early to conclude all Sept applicants with no MR yet are on 2nd review.

I am happy for all guys getting MR request & pray to GOD rest should also get as soon as possible,

We were waiting for long & this waiting time came with lots of frustrations, hope everybody would be getting PR in couple of months.

Stay positive..It's our turn now,.

Does anyone know - on medical request CIC asks you to go for medicals in 30 days does it mean they should receive your complete results in 30 days ? or you have to see dr in 30 days ? in me and my wife's case,

We received med's on 7th FEB 2016, I could not get blood work done until 22nd Feb because of long line ups in Calgary. My wife went to dr in Mumbai, India and that miserable dr sent her for more tests which was completed yesterday. So now I am guessing our Dr will go through all these reports and upload it to CIC which will take another 2 weeks at least. Are we ok in this case ? or should I write to CIC and explain all these reasons for delay ?

thanks

September 25th applicant, I just called CIC since today is my 17th month. The call center agent went through my file and said they are working on the background check and currently i don't need to submit any other files. They don't have a specific timeline and the only thing i can do is "simply wait". I asked about the eligibility, she said she can only see they are working on the background check and she didn't know which specific step they are in.

Congrats on those September applicants who received the MR. I am so frustrated and nervous now :'(

Buddy.. no need for frustrations. I am Sep 4th applicant, I got the same reply yesterday. Simply think positive that everything will go well :)

Guys...May be a dumb question...but if I have sent my NOA without masking my SIN # - Will that be an issue or is it OK if the NOA is sent with the SIN # bright and clear?

Thanks.....

Hi fellow Sept

My spouse just got medical request for work permit (NOT MR for PR yet :( ).
Can anyone recommend place for Medical Exam (with e-medical exam) in Toronto?

I sent my T4 and NoA with the SIN visible, didn't even think to hide it honestly...
