What's your PGWP expiry date?

I had a possibility to apply for a working holiday visa last year, which got approved and I had until June 2016 to activate it. I just flagpole 2 weeks ago and my work permit is good until feb 2018.

It was a better solution in my case to activate it, than waiting 4 months for a BOWP and being in implied status.

Sept 9 applicant. Just got off call with CIC, asked them the status of my file. They said you are very close to getting an update on my file. I asked if I am under second review, he said that no I'm still under regular first review and can expect to hear something very soon. Hope this helps other Sept 8 and 9 applicants.

Income tax stuff.. and wants me to prove I live in my current province of residence.

As you are CEC applicant you can live in any province right, why they asking the proof for residence

No, Quebec residents cannot apply through CEC.

I applied for my PR under CEC on Sep 4th, I haven't received my medical request till now, where can I call and ask about the status update on my file.?
Is there any number, call center agents doesn't give any information.

Hi Guys,

Finally the much awaited mail came...Yahoo!!! No more refresh of email in every 5 minute.

Just got Medical request for Me,spouse & my daughter.

My timeline is in left.

I was in second review, someone checked my file in the month of Jan (forget date) when lots of Sep 15 guys got MR request.

I forwarded couple of documents (like job change documents etc) without CIC asking for & fi.nally got MR request
