thanks, no matter good or bad, just hope quick get answer now , this process depress people day by day . it is like when you are happy, hey man you have a PR still in processing.

I know, and this forum makes it worse, I think I'm addicted. Lol!

Given the progress from the last few weeks, I feel quite confident in cic are actually now going to finish the processing by June.

I'm row 63 in the spreadsheet, application received September 17. Got the RPRF erroneously a few weeks back (and paid immediately, before the follow-up email saying it was an error).

Received the PCC request today. FBI minimum processing time is ninety days, so going to submit fingerprints ASAP. (Didn't do so proactively as the CIC timeline has been ridiculously unpredictable and the PCC expires quickly.)

Even though it is theoretically useless, going to also get a channeler letter and submit it by email along with an explanation of the current processing time and that my FBI clearance is pending and will be forwarded as soon as received.

But progress, right?

Hello! Just want to ask if you submitted an FBI with your application. If so, why are they asking again or did you go to US after you submitted your application. Thanks!

I did not submit them with the application originally (given that they expire, and even in the beginning the CIC processing time seemed likely to be slightly more than a year).

If you live in Canada, you should be able to get it from your local police station. I live in Toronto, last time when I got it, it took about a week. You can even request it online and just pick it up when it's ready. Google it and see which police station offers this service.

I need Police Clearance Certificate from India,

how can Police station in Toronto give me that certificate.??

Please provide more details for me to understand that

Thanks

I did my meds upfront in October
Can any one comment on the subject line ?
it just says my file number

If the call centre confirms it's a real RPRF request, then I wouldn't worry. Congrats on passing eligibility.

Great to see things are at last moving a bit. Congratulation to the folks who already got MR.
BUT my status is still showing as below.
We received your application for permanent residence on September 3, 2014.
We started processing your application on January 16, 2015 (This is the AoR received date too)

Any advise/suggestions on raising queries to CEC to start looking into applications :)
2 things I am yet to do - RCMP and MR. Should I go ahead with upfront medical and RCMP without CEC notification?

Hopefully we all will get through and settle down slowly.
TC n God Bless

upfront can only save 1-2 months process time , if it is really critical for you, then do it .

if not . you know ,you already wait so long , why both another 1-2 months.

upfront will need money , that is obviously.

Anyone not receive MR before Sep.8 ? just want to have a check if I should send email to MP and GCMS now .

I'm in the second row of Sep spreadsheet and still waiting for MR. Called cic being told officers are checking my file, and if still no updates by June 1st call again.

Hi,

CIC requested for spouse Police Clearance Certificate,

I check with BLS the Processing time is 4-6 weeks for Spouse Police Clearance Certificate application

Does this mean that CIC will not touch my file for 6 weeks until I receive PCC from BLS and submit to CIC,

Is there anyway to Fastrack PCC application,

Please help
