so when process time is 14 months, CIC all center is 18 month can do query,

if process time is 16 months, does it mean CIC call center need 20 month to do query ?

anyway, Happy New Year, even life can be finished, so this application should be .

Well, I don't know. They are bunch of slackers. They just say whatever they want with false promises. Let's not ruin our lovely New Year's Eve because of them!

and EE is 6 months.

Happy new year my friends.

This new update to 16 months has little value to reference. I don't trust it at all. Cic is trying to hide something here. What's worse is that CIC took out the part of "processing time is based on completing 80% applications received between YYYY-MM to YYYY-MM".

Who knows 16 months are referring to applications received by when? My guess is June 2015. July/august/sept 2015 applications are much slower than June.

If September 2015 applications processing time is truely 16 months, then CIC is going to finish off everything -MR, PPR, in just 1 month?? CIC must think us fools.

CIC nicely changed their website for Processing time. Now it's officially increased from 14 months to 16 months

Their job is so easy. Just keep increasing the time by slacking off.

My work permit officially expire tonight and I will be in implied status. Happy New Year everyone! :)

I agree with you same with me .... Mine is going to expire in next few days but I have applied bridge extension

Hello Friends

just need your advise, i have applied under CEC sep2014, as we all know what would happened until now. same time my AINP was under processing and i got the nomination in sep2015, was waiting for CEC to complete until now.

? should i apply under PNP for federal or just wait to complete CEC? my work permit is getting expire in march 2016 and applied for BOWP in November.

thanks in advance.

Should or not? I don't know the answer but I filed my AINP nomination for federal just before it expires. They are pretty much similar application forms. I was not going to let it expire with no actions taken. My understanding is at some point after filing 2 applications, cic will ask to withdraw one of them. At what time will cic ask to withdraw one of the 2 applications is a mystery, it could be at the time of AOR of AINP federal application, or at the time of one of the application's decision made. Spoke with cic call centre and they don't know about this.

Heads up everyone, some Sept 2014 applicants are starting to receive their COPR in the mail!! A friend of mine received his last week and landed yesterday. Assuming your application and documents are all complete and correct then you're all in the home stretch! Keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best!

How they got COPR without MR or RPRF? Did he do MR and RPRF upfront?

Medicals were done many months ago, so I can ONLY ASSUME (don't quote me) they were done upfront. This is a new friend. RPRF was paid in November.

Re: New GCMS

Just received new GCMS today. I am September 24, 2014 applicant. No updates at all since AOR in close to 11 months.

ASSESSMENTS
Eligibility:
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: In Progress
Org Crime:
Medical:
Misrepresentation:
Other Reqs:
Final:

Also my WP expired and currently on implied status. Eligibility is empty. Still not sure about new BOWP until I see it approved in the next few days.
I have moved on by filing AINP-federal, and created EE profile.

Just got EE ITA today. I am going to re apply through EE immediately. I am guessing at some point I will have to withdraw old CEC. The only problem I am not sure is whether my BOWP based on old CEC can be revoked if I do withdraw it.

Goodbye old CEC.
