Relax buddy. Those cases may be relating to the guys whose WP is expiring soon. August applicants have started to get MR's from today. Hope it continues this way.

Hey guys,

I am one of the 2 October applicants who received the MR 2 days ago. I have no clue why or how, but it says in the email that "it is an automatic email". It was just a basic email with an attached letter (that I need to give to the doc) with all my information in it. I have 30 days to do it.

I honestly have no clue why I already got it, especially before some August and September applicants. They also sent me another email the day before (so on Monday night) asking for my T4, police checks and notice of assessments from the Revenue Agency.

they are also asking for T4? I only gave them assessments.....

Because my boss screwed my contract... I have a contract stating that I am employed, but wasn't given a T4 as my boss considered me a "self-employed' so didn't pay any taxes for me (I paid all of them). What they did is illegal, so now I am filling papers and everything to prove the government that my boss abused my situation. It's going to take months to prove that, so I don't know what I can do...

I didn't realize that until I received their email. But if I am self employed, then I am not eligible for CEC. :/

I am a Sept 2014 applicant and receive my AOR in January 2015 and i already did my upfront Medical last month but the thing i am leaving the country for 1 Month vacation so do i have to inform CIC about it or if i get a RPRF request to pay i can pay it online that i know but can i land while coming back or its gonna take a month or so after Medical request.

Experts please advise.....

My understanding is that you don't need to inform CEC anything if you're just going on a vacation. You need to inform them only when you're moving to a different place (within or out of Canada), so your mailing address and/or the residential address will change.

Nobody can say why CIC is so slow but last week there are some activities in august (asking documents ), so we need just wait.....one thing I noticed that they are asking 2014 t4 and Noa now...so you may be keep that documents ready.....

i think i did not submit T4 but i did submit NOA and all my pay stubs for 1 year period i claimed for experience.
